Job Description
We are looking for a Smart Receptionist and Counselor for our Organization.
Duties and Responsibilities for Receptionist
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Duties and Responsibilities for Counselor
- Provide adequate and accurate information to clients
- Prepare and execute plans and ideas based on marketing activities
- Make sure the clients are satisfied by our services and follow up
- Counsel Customers and make them feel comfortable
- Building a relationship of trust and respect with clients.
Job Specification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as counselor officer or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Problem-solving skills
- Applicant must have pleasing personality with a positive attitude
