We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Appointment Setter to join our team. This role involves making outbound calls to follow up with clients, setting appointments, and supporting financial administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a background in finance or insurance administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to clients to follow up on inquiries, confirm appointments, and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Assist with financial data entry, document management, and compliance-related tasks. Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Support outsourced administrative processes, ensuring quality, timeliness, and compliance with standards.
  • Prepare reports and summaries related to client interactions and financial operations. Maintain organized records and assist with audits.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to clarify requirements and resolve issues efficiently.

Job Specification

  • Fluent spoken and written English (mandatory).
  • Strong phone presence and interpersonal skills.

  • Full-time availability; not suitable for candidates with ongoing study commitments.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn new systems and processes.
