Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining quality standards, and improving restaurant profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily restaurant operations smoothly
Supervise and train staff (servers, kitchen staff, cashiers)
Ensure high-quality customer service and guest satisfaction
Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety standards
Handle customer complaints professionally
Manage inventory and order supplies
Control costs and improve profitability
Prepare staff schedules and manage shifts
Coordinate with kitchen team for smooth service
Maintain cleanliness and restaurant ambiance

Job Specification

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Knowledge of restaurant operations and food safety standards
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Basic financial and inventory management knowledge

Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality
