Job Description
  • Oversee and manage daily office operations ensuring efficiency and effectiveness

  • Supervise and coordinate with all departments (recruitment, documentation, PRO, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth workflow

  • Act as a liaison between management, clients (especially from India), and internal staff

  • Monitor project progress, task delegation, and team performance

  • Ensure proper handling of documentation, reporting, and compliance with legal procedures

  • Maintain professional relationships with clients, foreign employment agencies, and embassies

  • Manage meetings, reporting schedules, and travel arrangements for senior management

  • Identify process gaps and implement improvement strategies for better productivity

  • Handle conflict resolution, internal team support, and morale building

  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all dealings

Job Specification

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Business Administration, Management, or related field

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in office or operations management

  • Experience in the manpower or recruitment sector is a strong advantage

  • Familiarity with Indian work culture, language, and processes

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong leadership, coordination, and organizational skills

  • Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and Nepali

  • Deep understanding of manpower company operations and compliance

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management tools

  • High level of professionalism, responsibility, and decision-making ability

  • Ability to manage multi-cultural teams and build client trust

  • Preference for candidates with experience working with Indian agencies or companies
