Job Description
- Advice students about the programs offered, admission procedure, eligibility, and costs involved.
- Provide assistance with recruitment activities, student interviews, admission publications, and information sessions.
- Provide assistance to the students to complete the enrolment forms.
- Review all the students’ applications and refer the students to financial services personnel if required.
- Co-ordinate with the students for facilitating documentation and visa application.
- Check the documents in detail for accuracy and authenticity.
- Be responsible for proper storage of the documents, cataloging and retrieving as required.
- Be responsible for the document’s security, for assigning access and for removing and destroying obsolete documents.
- Co-ordinate with Counselor or Team Leader regarding the processing and counselling guidance.
- Guide the students with visa interview preparation.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or a related field
- Prior experience in Australian student Admission and Documentation process
- Sound knowledge of Australian systems and visa procedures
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Nepali
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently under pressure
