Job Description
- Conduct daily follow-up with renewal customers and perform field visits as needed.
- Manage customer renewals, billing, and revenue collection processes efficiently.
- Implement daily collection efforts and engage in marketing activities to acquire new connections.
- Generate daily reports in the system and facilitate transfer to the treasury for approval.
- Collaborate with RF area technicians and clients to ensure superior service delivery and offer effective solutions.
- Provide daily updates and reports to the Head of Department (HOD).
- Foster positive relations by coordinating with other departments as necessary.
