Job Description
- Responsible for Entire Operation of factory in all aspect
- Ensuring Optimal Manpower Utilization in the factory
- Ensuring availability of Raw Materials in the site
- Planning and Forecasting Production
- Reducing Overhead expenses of the factory
- Ensuring High Yield and Low Wastage
- Preparing Annual Production Budget
- Implementing Quality Control system as per guidelines of Executive Technical Advisor
- Ensuring zero Break-down period of Plant & Machinery at site.
Other Specification:
- Must have completed a Masters degree in a related field
- Must have at least 4 years of relevant experience
- Must have strong communication skills
- Must have good managerial skills.
