Job Description
- Develop and implement production schedules for set-top boxes and home electronics.
- Maintain rigorous quality control measures throughout the production process.
- Evaluate and optimize production processes using Lean manufacturing principles.
- Lead and motivate a team of production staff, providing guidance and training.
- Manage production resources efficiently to ensure smooth operations.

Job Specification
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related field.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in production management, preferably in electronics or home appliances.
