Job Description
R.B MART PVT. LTD is seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The candidate will handle front desk operations, manage calls, and assist in basic administrative tasks while ensuring a welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
Handle inquiries and provide information about the company’s services/products.
Maintain visitor records and manage appointments.
Receive and distribute mail, packages, and documents.
Assist in administrative and clerical support tasks.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Job Specification
Minimum education: 10+2/Intermediate passed.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Good communication skills (verbal and written).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills.
Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality.
