Job Description
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and enquiries promptly and accurately.
Maintain visitor records, appointments, and front desk logs.
Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate meetings.
Provide accurate information about the organisation's services and policies.
Handle customer complaints or queries efficiently and escalate when necessary.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the reception area.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, deliveries, and correspondence.
Assist administrative and clerical tasks as required.
Coordinate with different departments for smooth communication and operations.
Ensure security procedures are followed for visitors and staff entry.
Job Specification
Minimum qualification: (+2, Intermediate) or a bachelor's degree preferred.
Prior experience in front desk, receptionist, or customer service roles is an advantage.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Good command of the English and Nepali languages.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email handling).
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
