Job Description
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and enquiries promptly and accurately.
- Maintain visitor records, appointments, and front desk logs.
- Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate meetings.
- Provide accurate information about the organisation's services and policies.
- Handle customer complaints or queries efficiently and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the reception area.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, deliveries, and correspondence.
- Assist administrative and clerical tasks as required.
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth communication and operations.
- Ensure security procedures are followed for visitors and staff entry.
Job Specification
- Minimum qualification: (+2, Intermediate) or a bachelor's degree preferred.
- Home Location should be near Kamalbinayak (Office Area)
- Prior experience in front desk, receptionist, or customer service roles is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Good command of the English and Nepali languages.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email handling).
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
