Job Description
  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and enquiries promptly and accurately.

  • Maintain visitor records, appointments, and front desk logs.

  • Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate meetings.

  • Provide accurate information about the organisation's services and policies.

  • Handle customer complaints or queries efficiently and escalate when necessary.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the reception area.

  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, deliveries, and correspondence.

  • Assist administrative and clerical tasks as required.

  • Coordinate with different departments for smooth communication and operations.

  • Ensure security procedures are followed for visitors and staff entry.

Job Specification
  • Minimum qualification: (+2, Intermediate) or a bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Prior experience in front desk, receptionist, or customer service roles is an advantage.

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).

  • Good command of the English and Nepali languages.

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email handling).

  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

  • Good organisational and time management skills.

  • Polite, courteous, and presentable personality.
