Job Description
  • Prepare and generate bills accurately in accordance with hospital policies and pricing standards

  • Handle cash, digital payments, and receipts with full accountability and transparency

  • Ensure proper issuance of invoices, receipts, and payment acknowledgments to patients

  • Maintain and update daily financial transaction records systematically

  • Reconcile cash collections at the end of each shift/day to avoid discrepancies

  • Submit daily financial and billing reports to the concerned department on time

  • Coordinate with the accounts department for billing issues, adjustments, and reconciliations

  • Ensure compliance with financial procedures, internal controls, and audit requirements

  • Handle patient billing queries professionally and resolve discrepancies promptly

  • Coordinate meetings, manage conference room bookings, and support administrative tasks

     

Job Specification
  • Education: minimum of a bachelor's degree preferred

  • Experience: 1–2 years in front desk, receptionist, or customer service role preferred

  • Skills:

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills (English & Nepali)

    • Good interpersonal and customer handling skills

    • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, record keeping)

    • Professional appearance and positive attitude

    • Time management and multitasking ability

  • Other Requirements:

    • Ability to work in shifts (if required)

    • Friendly, polite, and service-oriented personality

    • Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple visitors efficiently
