Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Billing Officer to join our team in Biratnagar. The ideal candidate will handle billing operations, ensure accuracy in financial transactions, and maintain proper coordination with the accounts and store departments. Familiarity with ERP systems is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, issue, and verify invoices accurately and on time.
Maintain and update billing records in the ERP system.
Coordinate with the accounts department for payment follow-ups and reconciliations.
Verify purchase orders, delivery notes, and supporting documents before billing.
Assist in preparing billing summaries and monthly financial reports.
Ensure compliance with company billing policies and accounting standards.
Support audits by providing necessary billing records and documentation.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all financial data.
Job Specification
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in billing or accounts.
Knowledge of ERP software is required.
Skills and Competencies:
Good understanding of accounting and billing principles.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
