Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Odoo Pre-Sales Consultant who can independently own the complete pre-sales cycle for ERP opportunities. The ideal candidate will engage with prospective clients, understand business requirements, conduct product demonstrations, coordinate internal teams, and effectively showcase the value of Odoo solutions.
This role requires strong communication, client-facing confidence, and a functional understanding of Odoo ERP to conduct standard product demonstrations. For advanced technical or domain-specific requirements, dedicated technical and functional experts will support the engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sales & Client Engagement
- Own and manage the end-to-end pre-sales process for Odoo ERP opportunities
- Engage with prospective clients to understand business challenges and requirements
- Conduct discovery calls, requirement discussions, and solution walkthroughs
- Deliver impactful Odoo product demonstrations tailored to client needs
- Showcase business value, process improvements, and ROI through Odoo solutions
- Coordinate with technical and functional consultants for advanced demonstrations and solutioning
Sales Coordination & Follow-Ups
- Work closely with the sales team to drive opportunity progression
- Handle client follow-ups, meeting coordination, and demo scheduling
- Maintain communication with prospects throughout the evaluation cycle
- Support proposal preparation, presentations, and pre-sales documentation
- Assist in converting leads into successful business engagements
Internal Collaboration
- Coordinate with delivery, functional, and technical teams to align solutions with client expectations
- Share customer insights and feedback with internal stakeholders
- Support continuous improvement of demo environments and pre-sales assets
Job Specification
- 6–8 years of experience in ERP pre-sales, solution consulting, or client-facing ERP roles
- Hands-on understanding of ERP modules and workflows
- Ability to conduct basic-to-intermediate Odoo demonstrations independently
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in handling customer discussions and requirement gathering
- Good understanding of business processes across domains such as Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, HR, or Manufacturing
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- Self-driven, organized, and customer-focused approach
- Fluent in Nepali, English, and Hindi languages
