Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and responsible candidate for the position of Software Implementation & Support Executive. The candidate will be responsible for software setup, client training, support, and field coordination at different locations across Nepal.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and implement company software at client locations
- Provide software training and user support
- Troubleshoot basic software and operational issues
- Coordinate with technical and management teams
- Visit clients for implementation, support, and follow-up
- Maintain daily reports and client feedback records
- Ensure smooth software operation and customer satisfaction
Job Specification
- Good communication skills in Nepali, English, and Hindi
- Ability to travel across Nepal as per requirement
- Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills
- Ability to prepare reports and coordinate with teams
- BBS/BBA or management background preferred
- Software-related experience is an added advantage
- Both freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply
