Job Description

Department: Call Center

Core Duties 

  • Responsible for managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in atimely manner.
  • Responsible for providing customers with product and service information over the phone.
  • Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate customer service.
  • Responsible for handling complaints through the system, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Responsible for preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Responsible for maintaining client confidence and protecting operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Responsible for maintaining the KPIs, shifts schedules defined by the Team Head.
  • Responsible for coordinating with different departments and accomplishing to provide customer service and meeting the set targets.
  • Responsible for following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal team.
  • Responsible for maintaining customer feedback and providing to the needful when required.
  • Responsible for ensuring proper recording and closure of all issues.
Job Specification
  • Friendly with MS packages & Mailing.
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in written and verbal English Language

Qualifications

  • Minimum of +2 or equivalent level passed
  • At least 6 months’ experience in the related field
