Job Description
Department: Call Center
Core Duties
- Responsible for managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in atimely manner.
- Responsible for providing customers with product and service information over the phone.
- Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate customer service.
- Responsible for handling complaints through the system, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Responsible for preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Responsible for maintaining client confidence and protecting operations by keeping information confidential.
- Responsible for maintaining the KPIs, shifts schedules defined by the Team Head.
- Responsible for coordinating with different departments and accomplishing to provide customer service and meeting the set targets.
- Responsible for following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal team.
- Responsible for maintaining customer feedback and providing to the needful when required.
- Responsible for ensuring proper recording and closure of all issues.
Job Specification

- Strong phone and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in written and verbal English Language

Qualifications
- Minimum of +2 or equivalent level passed
