Job Description
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients seeking assistance with our Telehealth platform, services, and general inquiries.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to incoming calls, emails, and live chat messages from patients, addressing their questions, concerns, and technical issues effectively.
  • Guide patients through the Telehealth registration process, troubleshoot any login or connectivity issues, and provide step-by-step assistance with scheduling appointments and accessing medical records.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Healthcare Providers, Technical Support, and Billing, to resolve patient issues and ensure a seamless Telehealth experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and follow-up actions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Educate patients on the features and benefits of our Telehealth services, promoting engagement and adherence to treatment plans.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of customer care policies and procedures.
  • Effective communicative skills in written form.
