Job Description
- Access procurement requirements, prepare procurement plans, draft specifications and initiate procurement processes.
- Prepare strong analytical reporting as per the need.
- Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs
- Maintain Inventory
- Research potential suppliers
- Conduct market research to identify the existing price
- Generate and distribute management report in an accurate and timely manner
- Develop MIS documentation to allow smooth operation and easy system maintenance
- Assist procurement head in entire day-to-day operations.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration with 1-2 years of experience or Fresher’s with Master’s in Business Administration.
- Good Administrative and reporting skills.
- Good documentation skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office/ Google Drive applications)
