Job Description
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts (Including Commission Payables and Account Receivable accounts, among others) and complete variance analysis monthly
- Work with the reservations, accounts payable, and vendor setup departments to ensure accurate and timely payments to Travel Agents
- Register arrived Travel and Expense Reports
- Review and prepare necessary compliance check
- Follow up on arrived expense reports
- Handle employees queries
- Correspond with Travel Agents via email and phone calls
Job Specification
- Communicative and problem solving personality
- Must have knowledge of Tally software.
- Work experience as an accounting is preferable
- Must have experience of 2 years in related field.
- Excellent Comunication and presentation skills
