Nepal has been witnessing phenomenal labor migration in the last two decades, within the country and internationally, which has become one of the largest contributors to the country's economy. Chores of many Nepalis now start with the ovens burnt by remittance income. A significant reduction in poverty has been felt, as an immediate outcome of remittance sent by migrant workers, especially working in Gulf Cooperation Council Countries namely: Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arab and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Malaysia. However, only remittance doesn't come from Nepalese migrant workers, but a series of impact follow.
