Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales & Business Development Intern to support our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, assist in lead generation, and gain hands-on experience in sales, customer engagement, and market research.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying potential clients and generating new leads.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic planning.

  • Support the sales team in daily administrative and operational tasks.

  • Help prepare sales presentations, proposals, and weekly/monthly reports.

  • Update and maintain the CRM system with accurate client and lead information.

  • Participate in internal meetings, client calls, and outreach activities under supervision.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and sales materials.

  • Attend regular training sessions to develop industry and product knowledge.

Job Specification

Educational Qualification:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience:

  • No prior experience required, but any exposure to sales, marketing, or CRM systems is a plus.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) – preferred.

  • Basic data entry and reporting skills.

Communication Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Good presentation and interpersonal skills.

Analytical & Organizational Skills:

  • Ability to conduct basic market research and analyze market trends.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.

Sales & Customer Focus:

  • Passion for sales, business development, and customer engagement.

  • Ability to understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions.

  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a high-performing team.
