Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive CRM Officer to manage our customer relationship management system, drive customer retention strategies, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. The role demands cross-functional coordination, strategic thinking, and a customer-first approach.
- Manage and maintain the CRM system (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Recoup and re-engage inactive or lost customers
- Strengthen Customer Retention and Relationship (CRR) strategies
- Monitor and enhance customer satisfaction through regular interaction and feedback
- Work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and support departments
- Collect, analyze, and act on customer feedback for continuous improvement
- Create customer segmentation strategies and execute targeted outreach
- Generate CRM data reports and suggest improvement areas
Job Specification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 1 year in CRM, customer service, or a similar role
- Experience in managing CRM systems and customer retention strategies
