Job Description
Brandworth Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and organized Project Coordinator to support project execution and coordination activities. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth communication between teams, timely completion of projects, and efficient handling of on-site responsibilities. This role requires frequent field visits; therefore, a two-wheeler is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor project activities from initiation to completion
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and vendors
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure project progress aligns with timelines
- Prepare project reports, updates, and necessary documentation
- Handle scheduling, planning, and resource coordination
- Resolve on-site issues while maintaining quality standards
- Support project managers in daily operational and coordination tasks
Job Specification
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively
- Basic understanding of project management processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
- Willingness to travel locally for site visits
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in project coordination or field operations will be highly preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
