Brandworth Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and organized Project Coordinator to support project execution and coordination activities. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth communication between teams, timely completion of projects, and efficient handling of on-site responsibilities. This role requires frequent field visits; therefore, a two-wheeler is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor project activities from initiation to completion
Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and vendors
Conduct regular site visits to ensure project progress aligns with timelines
Prepare project reports, updates, and necessary documentation
Handle scheduling, planning, and resource coordination
Resolve on-site issues while maintaining quality standards
Support project managers in daily operational and coordination tasks
Job Specification
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively
Basic understanding of project management processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
Willingness to travel locally for site visits
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in project coordination or field operations will be highly preferred
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
