- Do proper Registration of service requirements
- Reconfirm services on a systematic way
- Issue service vouchers to all the service providers
- Check vehicles, guide and tour officers service quality before service start.
- Issue allowance vouchers to in house guides and tour escorts
- Issue advance payment requisition to guide and tour escort
- Make a call to clients on daily basis and enquire about their services status and fill in quality sheet
- Receive report and prepare report and close the sales file and handover to Finance after approval
- Prepare and submit daily operational movement report
- Prepare operational equipment list and make sure all the operational equipment are well stocked .
- Issue operational equipment requirement memo and get it prepared.
- Submit daily and monthly report in time
