Swostik Construction is seeking a dynamic and experienced Admin / Manager (Construction) with a strong engineering background to oversee construction projects and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in planning, execution, and coordination between site and office activities while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and execute construction projects from initiation to completion

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate site and office teams to achieve project goals

  • Coordinate effectively between construction sites and head office operations

  • Monitor project progress, timelines, budgets, and quality standards

  • Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and record-keeping of all project activities

  • Oversee administrative operations and ensure smooth office functioning

  • Identify risks and implement solutions to avoid delays or cost overruns

  • Communicate with stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers effectively

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards

Job Specification

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field

  • Minimum 4–5 years of experience in construction project management or a similar role

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities

  • Excellent organizational and planning skills

  • Effective communication and coordination skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
