Job Description
Pacific Human Resource Services is a licensed overseas recruitment company dedicated to connecting Nepalese job seekers with reputed international employers. With a focus on ethical recruitment, transparency, and compliance, Pacific aims to uplift the workforce by offering opportunities abroad in hospitality, construction, healthcare, security, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote Pacific’s overseas recruitment services.
Build brand awareness through digital and offline channels.
Manage social media platforms, oversee content creation, and increase audience engagement.
Coordinate with graphic designers, videographers, and content writers for campaigns.
Oversee the design and execution of brochures, email campaigns, and job promotion materials.
Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM reports.
Collaborate with the recruitment and documentation team to highlight success stories, available jobs, and client partnerships.
Represent the company at expos, career fairs, and community events.
Maintain a marketing calendar and budget efficiently.
Research competitor activities and current trends in overseas employment marketing.
Job Specification
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing (preferably in recruitment, consultancy, or HR services).
Proven skills in digital marketing, content planning, and SEO/SEM.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities.
Knowledge of recruitment or overseas labor migration processes is a plus.
Proficiency in tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, Google Ads, etc.
Salary & Benefits:
Monthly Salary: NPR 60,000
Incentive: 20% commission on qualifying marketing-generated leads or placements
