Job Description
Position Summary:
The Operations Manager will oversee the end-to-end operations of the company, ensuring smooth execution of recruitment and deployment processes, client servicing, team management, and compliance. This role is key to streamlining workflows, maintaining service standards, and driving operational excellence in line with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the recruitment and deployment lifecycle.
- Oversee coordination between clients, recruitment teams, and documentation units.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, government regulations, and international recruitment standards.
- Improve and implement operational systems, processes, and best practices.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular performance reports.
- Lead and mentor the operations team to achieve departmental goals.
- Liaise with clients to understand requirements and resolve issues efficiently.
- Coordinate with overseas partners, agents, and government bodies (e.g., DOFE, embassy) to ensure timely deployment.
- Maintain and ensure proper documentation for all deployed candidates.
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and recommend solutions.
- Oversee financial elements related to operations such as budgeting, cost control, and invoicing.
Job Specification
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in operations within a manpower/recruitment agency.
- Strong knowledge of international recruitment processes and overseas deployment regulations.
Skills & Competencies:
- Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment management systems.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multi-task effectively.
- Sound understanding of labor laws and government regulatory frameworks.
