Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform all secretarial duties for the Managing Director, including correspondence, file management, and documentation.
- Draft, type, and edit official documents in both English and Nepali.
- Schedule and organize internal and external meetings, appointments, and events.
- Coordinate and confirm travel itineraries and logistics in line with planned schedules.
- Receive, summarize, and present reports and communications to the MD in an organized and timely manner.
- Act as a liaison between the MD and stakeholders, including clients, staff, government offices, and banks.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
- Support the MD in day-to-day administrative and managerial tasks.
- Coordinate closely with departments related to tours, travel, and hospitality management.
Job Specification
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Proven work experience (preferably 2+ years) as a Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Prior experience in the Tours and Travel industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Nepali.
- Proficient in English and Nepali typing, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and email handling.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of handling documentation and tasks related to government offices and banks.
- Flexible with work hours and able to adapt to dynamic work environments.
