Job Description
New Look Cosmetics is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, and support the company’s financial growth. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and journals.
- Handle daily accounting operations including AP/AR, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
- Ensure tax compliance and assist in VAT/TDS filing.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth financial processes.
- Support audits and ensure adherence to accounting standards and company policies.
- Provide financial insights and reports to management for decision-making.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of proven experience in accounting or finance.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Busy, or similar).
- Excellent MS Excel and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Female only for Kathmandu and male only for Birgunj.
