Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join our team and teach English to Chinese students at the Intermediate and Pre-Intermediate levels. The ideal candidate should be able to conduct engaging, student-centered lessons using English as the medium of instruction. Knowledge of Chinese is not required, but clear communication and patience are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach English to Chinese students at Intermediate and Pre-Intermediate levels
- Plan and deliver interactive and communicative lessons
- Focus on speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills development
- Assess students’ progress and provide constructive feedback
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment
- Use online platforms and digital materials effectively (if teaching online)
Job Specification
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in English, Education, or a related field)
- TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification (preferred but not mandatory)
- Excellent command of English
- Experience teaching English to non-native speakers (preferred)
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles
- Friendly, patient, and culturally sensitive
