The Accountant will be responsible for managing and overseeing the company’s financial operations, ensuring accurate record-keeping, statutory compliance, and smooth coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in the manpower/foreign employment sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and oversee daily accounting operations including vouchers, ledgers, cash book, and financial records.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
Manage office expenses, payroll coordination, income records, and payment tracking.
Handle IRD-related payments, tax filings, and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
Maintain accurate documentation for audits and official inspections.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and government authorities as required.
Support management in budgeting, financial planning, cost control, and financial analysis.
Supervise junior accounting staff and ensure accuracy in data entry and reporting.
Maintain and update flight details and financial records related to overseas deployments.
Ensure proper documentation as per company policies and manpower industry regulations.
