Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lalitpur for a Senior Loan Processing Specialist specializing in Australian mortgages. The role involves evaluating and processing loan applications, reviewing loan documents, and ensuring applications meet underwriting guidelines. Daily responsibilities also include communicating with clients and stakeholders, managing documentation, and ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures while providing excellent service throughout the loan processing cycle.


Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure data entry is accurate and monitor the application from submission to settlement.
  • Check and verify documents to ensure they are acceptable as per lender's checklist.
  • Deal with exceptions set out by lenders.
  • Address issues raised by financier by liaising with relevant internal and external stakeholders for resolution.
  • Build rapport with clients and maintain service level required by the company.
  • Keep record of actions taken and communications in the CRM against relevant tasks.
  • Complete CSM related compliance requirements.
  • Ensure settlement is met by liaising with lenders and solicitors.


Requirements

  • 1–2 year's experience in the mortgage industry
  • Strong English communication (written & verbal)
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines
