Job Description
Working Modality: Full-time, on-site role based in Baluwatar, Kathmandu.
Working Time: 9 am to 6 pm, 5 days a week.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Develops, maintains, and coordinates detailed 3D architectural models using Autodesk Revit software, ensuring high levels of accuracy adhering to
LOD specifications.
• Collaborates with structural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) engineers to detect and resolve spatial clashes digitally and coordinate for design practicality.
• Implements and enforces BIM standards, execution plans
(BEP), and project templates to ensure consistency and compliance across project teams.
• Manages non-graphical information embedded within
elements, such as material specifications, cost data, and maintenance schedules for facility
management.
• Generates accurate 2D construction drawings, schedules, elevations, and volumetric data directly from the coordinated 3D model.
Qualifications
• Expert knowledge of BIM authoring platforms (Revit), coordination tools Navisworks, and cloud environments (Autodesk Construction Cloud-ACC Forma).
• Deep understanding of international standards and workflows like ISO 19650 for information management.
