Job Description

Electrical Engineer

Aether Renova is a Nepali clean energy group developing hydropower and solar infrastructure. Headquartered in Kathmandu, the group operates through it's five specialized subsidiaries spanning hydropower, solar, and construction, with each built to deliver projects of enduring technical and operational quality.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate and manage project activities involving developers, contractors, site teams, consultants, and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress, timelines, resource allocation, and recovery plans to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Review and manage project documentation, reports, records, approvals, variations, and contractual requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with project quality standards, health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements.
  • Facilitate effective communication between all project stakeholders and resolve project-related issues.
  • Oversee project execution through commissioning, testing, handover, close-out, and final documentation.
  • Prepare regular progress reports and support management in project planning and decision-making.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project management within the energy, infrastructure, construction, or renewable energy sector.
  • Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, cost control, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Knowledge of solar power projects, grid infrastructure, quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC), and HSE practices will be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera is preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be willing to be based full-time at the project site.


Employment Type: Full-Time / Site-Based

Salary & Benefits: Negotiable based on qualifications, experience, and project exposure.
