About Golden Era Travel and Tours

We're a Kathmandu-based travel company. We run Himalayan treks, cultural tours, helicopter tours, and custom itineraries across Nepal. Our content has to make someone scrolling at 11pm want to book a flight to Kathmandu.

The role

Social Media Design & Video Intern, 1 month, on-site in Kathmandu.

You'll make the visuals for our social channels. That means designing posts, carousels, and stories, and editing short videos and Reels from our trip footage. Your work goes live under our brand, not into a folder.

What you'll do

Design posts, carousels, and stories for Instagram and Facebook
Edit short videos and Reels from raw trip photos and footage
Follow our content calendar and deliver on schedule
Adapt one idea into different formats (square, vertical, story)
Help reply to comments and messages, with guidance from the team
Suggest content ideas based on what's getting attention

What we're looking for

You can design in Canva, Photoshop, or similar
You can edit video in CapCut, Premiere, or similar
You have 2 to 3 samples of your work (links or files)
You meet deadlines and take feedback well
Interest in travel, trekking, or Nepal is a plus
Open to students from Class 12 to Bachelor's level. We care more about your portfolio than your degree.
