Team members collaborate closely with clients to create impactful technology that supports long-term growth and digital transformation.Role Description The CUDA Hardware Specialist is a full-time hybrid role based in Bāgmatī, Nepal, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing hardware architectures that support GPU-accelerated computing and CUDA-based workloads. Day-to-day tasks include developing and testing hardware prototypes, collaborating with software and AI engineering teams to align hardware capabilities with product requirements, and troubleshooting performance or reliability issues in computer hardware systems. The specialist will document hardware designs, participate in code and design reviews, and contribute to capacity planning and scalability strategies for HHC’s AI-powered enterprise solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in hardware development and hardware engineering, with experience building and validating hardware systems.
- Proficiency in circuit design and related tools, including schematic capture and PCB design for performance-oriented computing solutions.
- Knowledge of hardware architecture concepts, especially for GPU-based and parallel computing environments using CUDA.
- Hands-on experience with computer hardware configuration, diagnostics, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with CUDA programming concepts and GPU acceleration workflows (experience with NVIDIA platforms is a plus).
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Experience in AI, high-performance computing, or data center infrastructure is beneficial.
