As part of its BPO services, the company manages critical business processes such as payroll and benefits administration to ensure smooth and efficient operations.Role Description The Staff Nurse role at Abasar Nepal Private Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Kathmandu. The Staff Nurse will provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions in accordance with clinical protocols and standards. Daily responsibilities include monitoring patient conditions, administering medications and treatments, maintaining accurate medical records, and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care. The role also involves educating patients and families about health conditions and care plans, maintaining infection control practices, and ensuring a safe, supportive environment for patients. The Staff Nurse is expected to participate in quality improvement activities and follow all regulatory and organizational policies.
Qualifications
- Clinical nursing skills, including patient assessment, care planning, medication administration, and basic life support.
- Knowledge of infection prevention, safety protocols, and standard nursing procedures in a clinical setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with patients, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Ability to maintain accurate documentation, use electronic or paper medical records, and follow regulatory guidelines.
- Relevant nursing education (e.g., Diploma or Bachelor’s in Nursing) from a recognized institution and valid nursing registration/license as required.
- Ability to work in shifts, manage multiple patients, and remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Prior experience in hospital or clinic settings is preferred; experience in urban healthcare environments such as Kathmandu is an advantage.
- Commitment to ethical practice, patient confidentiality, continuous learning, and adherence to organizational policies.
