Role Description The F&B Supervisor at Hotel Dachi is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhaktapur. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations in the restaurant, bar/café, and related food and beverage outlets, ensuring service standards, hygiene, and quality are consistently maintained. The F&B Supervisor coordinates staff schedules, assigns duties, and provides guidance and training to team members to support efficient, guest-focused service. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring food service and presentation, handling guest requests or concerns, supporting menu implementation, and working closely with the kitchen and service teams to guarantee smooth operations. The role also involves maintaining inventory and stock levels, implementing hotel policies and procedures, and contributing to a positive work environment aligned with Hotel Dachi’s culture and sustainability values.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, staff training, and shift coordination.
  • Candidates should possess expertise in Service Standards and Food Service, with a focus on quality, hygiene, and consistent guest experience.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to manage guest interactions, resolve issues, and support clear coordination with team members.
  • Candidates should possess knowledge of basic F&B operations, POS systems, and inventory control, with attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Relevant experience in hotel or restaurant F&B supervision, preferably in a heritage or boutique property, is highly beneficial.
  • A diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage; equivalent experience will also be considered.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and to collaborate effectively in a diverse, team-oriented environment.
