Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging and informative content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Develop creative ideas, scripts, captions, reels, short videos, and promotional content.
- Present/host videos confidently in front of the camera.
- Plan and execute social media content according to the company’s marketing strategy.
- Shoot, edit, and publish short-form video content.
- Cover company activities, services, events, and campaigns.
- Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, and competitor content.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to create relevant content.
- Maintain consistent brand voice, visual identity, and professional presentation.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Management, or a related field.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Confident and comfortable appearing on camera.
- Creative mindset with good storytelling skills.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and current content trends.
- Basic skills in video editing, photography, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
- Prior experience in content creation, social media, or presenting is preferred.
