We are looking for a Junior Content Creator & Digital Operations Specialist to join our growing team.
If you have a solid foundation in graphic design, social media content, and document editing, but also have the curiosity to dive into the world of AI automations, CRM, and basic web development—this role is for you!
We are not just looking for someone to execute tasks; we want a proactive team player with a growth mindset, ready to learn and evolve across different digital areas.
- Design and execute engaging visual assets for social media and advertising campaigns.
- Edit, format, and optimize corporate documents, ensuring high visual quality.
- Support fundamental digital development and web maintenance tasks.
- Train and progressively assist in configuring workflows using AI tools and CRM platforms.
- Proactively explore new technologies to propose improvements to daily operational processes.
- Studies (completed or in final semesters) in Graphic Design, Digital Communication, Multimedia, or related fields.
- Verifiable practical experience (junior or freelance level is acceptable) in social media management, ad design, and document editing.
- Basic knowledge of web development or programming logic.
- High technological adaptability: while mastering AI or CRM from day one is not essential, having the curiosity and analytical capacity to learn them quickly is mandatory.
- Growth mindset: willingness to take on challenges outside of your comfort zone and evolve professionally across different areas.
