Job Description
AfnoBazar is a 100% Nepali-owned multivendor marketplace based in Bhaktapur. We're building our in-house marketing team and looking for someone to own day-to-day campaign execution across paid and organic channels. This is a full-time, on-site role.
Responsibilities
- Build, run and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns, including catalog and product feed campaigns
- Manage social media channels and content calendars
- Track performance in GA4 and Ads Manager; report weekly on traffic, conversions, CAC and ROAS
- Write product descriptions, landing page and promotional copy
- Coordinate with design, tech and seller teams on product launches and festival campaigns
- Research market trends and seasonal demand to shape campaign planning
Requirements
- Master's degree in Marketing or a related field
- Minimum 1 year hands-on digital marketing experience, including running live paid campaigns
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and GA4
- Strong written Nepali and English
- Comfortable reading data and acting on it, not just reporting it
Preferred: E-commerce or marketplace experience, SEO/SEM, email marketing tools, basic design or content creation tools
