Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering for technical and bachelor complete in management or related field for sales.
- Fresher to 1 year of hands-on experience in a technical field
- Candidates with a valid driving license and own two-wheeler will be given preference
- Basic knowledge of installation processes and safety standards
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage site operations and coordinate with subcontractors
- Strong attention to detail with a safety-first approach
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office & reporting tools)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
- Assist in installation, maintenance, and technical operations at project sites
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
- Coordinate with subcontractors and monitor site activities
- Identify and resolve on-site technical issues efficiently
- Support the project team in daily execution and operations
- Prepare daily site reports and maintain project documentation
