Team members collaborate in an innovative environment where digital transformation in hospitality is the core mission.Role Description The Odoo ERP Consultant will work in a full-time remote role, guiding clients through the implementation and optimization of Odoo ERP solutions tailored to restaurant and hospitality operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, configuring and customizing Odoo modules, and supporting ERP implementations from planning through go-live. The consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct user training, and provide ongoing functional support and troubleshooting. The role also involves producing clear documentation, advising on best practices, and contributing to continuous improvement of internal methodologies and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Business Process design and optimization, with the ability to map and improve workflows in restaurant and hospitality environments.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, diagnose issues, and recommend effective ERP-based solutions.
- Hands-on experience with ERP Implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and user training.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) concepts and practical experience working with Odoo or similar ERP platforms.
- Foundational understanding of Finance processes such as invoicing, billing, cost control, and basic accounting within an ERP context.
- Proficiency in documenting functional specifications, user guides, and process flows.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting and coordinate with global teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or SaaS environment is an advantage.
- Comfort with agile project methodologies and basic familiarity with SQL or reporting tools is beneficial.
