Contract: 3 Months | Part-time / Flexible
Baudhika is a Nepal-based EdTech company focused on making quality and affordable education accessible to students across Nepal.
We are looking for an experienced Fundraising Consultant / Investor Relations Advisor to help us connect with VCs, angel investors, family offices, strategic investors and EdTech investors in Nepal, India and international markets.
- Develop fundraising strategy and investor pipeline
- Identify and connect us with qualified investors
- Arrange investor meetings and introductions
- Support pitch deck, valuation and fundraising preparation
- Assist with investor communication and due diligence
- Experience in startup fundraising, VC, investment banking, PE or investor relations
- Strong existing investor network
- Experience raising funds for startups
- Nepal/India investor connections highly preferred
- EdTech/technology sector experience is an advantage
Negotiable — fixed fee and/or performance-based arrangement.
