pporunityWe are looking for a Group Systems & Consolidation Analyst — a rare blend of finance discipline and systems capability. You will sit at the point where our numbers and our software meet: bringing consistency to financial controls across three companies, and making sure changes to our business systems get specified, built, tested and delive
red prperly.
This is a high-trust, high-impact role reporting to the Group Finance Head. It suits someone who thinks in controls and processes, writes with clarity, and can hold a software vendor to their commitments. You will not keep the books or write code — you will make the systems and the numbers work, and work the same w

What yo will do
Financial control & consolidation (across a
l
l three ompanies)● Understand how each of our three companies operates, and standardise financial controls across them — approvals
, limits, nd checks.
● Identify inconsistencies and risks that separate company accountants, wor
k
ing alone,would miss.● Support the company accountants and help design better processes and controls, in close coordination with the Group Finance Head — and, wherever possible, build those controls into the software s
o they run b themselves.
Systems delivery (Busi
n
ess Central,Odoo and IMS)● Work with department heads to understand what they need, and translate it into clear, b
uildable syste requirements.
● Manage the change backlog and work with our software vendors to get th
e
right changesbuilt, on time.● Hold vendors to agreed delivery dates, review their work, and test every chang
e end-to-end befre it goes live.
● Own system access and permissions, and the audit / change

log that recordswho changed what.● Own software licences and renewals across the group, and manage the Micro
soft 365 account ad li
c
ensing layer.Wha we are looking for
● Semi-qualified CA, or equivalent strong finance training, with a real understanding of financial
controls and multi-cmpany consolidation.
● Hands-on experience of an ERP from the business side — you have helped shape or change a system, not just used it. Business Central, Odoo, SAP Bus
i
ness One or similar s a strong advantage.● Proven ability to write clear specifications and hold a software vendor to deadlines — including the c
onfidence to send backwork that isn't right.
● Strong testing / UAT discipline — you check w
o
rk against what was ased before it goes live.● Excellent written clarity, strong attention to de
tail, and comfort with adit trails and controls.
● Able to prioritise under load across several systems and finance deadlines, a
