Are you the kind of person who can turn a story into a scroll-stopping post? Do you believe marketing should be meaningful and fun? Want to work somewhere that actually values people over perfection?

You're welcome to our company, an inclusive space where tradition meets storytelling.

Who We Are:

We are a premium handmade rug manufacturer and exporter, bringing Nepal’s rich tradition of craftsmanship to homes and spaces around the world.

We are also committed to building a workplace that creates opportunities for people from diverse backgrounds, including persons with disabilities. For us, inclusion is not simply a policy, it is part of how we work, grow, and create.

Every rug has a story. Every person behind it has one too.

And as we continue to grow, we’re looking for someone who can help us share those stories with the world.

What You’ll Do:

As our Marketing Associate, you’ll be our digital voice, the one who captures the soul of our company and shares it with the world. You’ll get to:

- Run our Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms like a pro

- Create fun, authentic content about our carpets, our people, and what inclusion looks in action.

- Plan high-converting campaigns to attract customers and partners who believe in good design and good values

- Design promos, reels, blog posts, and behind-the-scenes stories

- Use analytics to improve engagement

- Be an ambassador for a workplace that’s changing how hiring and craftsmanship are done

What You Bring:

- A Bachelor’s degree (any field, we care more about curiosity than your major)

- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in social media or marketing (internships count!)

- A creative spark, a love for storytelling, and solid writing skills

- Ability to work independently, ask good questions, and collaborate with care

- A heart for inclusion and social change

- You're comfortable with graphics design and content creation.

What You’ll Get:

- A 5-day work week (because rest matters)

- A welcoming, accessible, and inclusive workplace

- Support to learn, grow, and take ownership

- A team that actually believes in diversity

- Competitive salary and benefits

  • P.S. We value your time, and ours! If you’re not planning to show up for an interview, we’d appreciate it if you didn’t apply. Let’s keep the process thoughtful and respectful for everyone.
