The Learning & Development Executive supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of training and development programs to enhance colleague performance and foster a culture of continuous learning. The role requires strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to maintain training records, coordinate learning activities, and meet deadlines.
Candidate Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Learning & Development or Training; hospitality experience preferred.
Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
Professional attitude with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
