Senior Counsellor – Australia & New Zealand
Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Counsellor with 3+ years of experience in the education consultancy sector, particularly in Australia and New Zealand.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students from initial counselling and course selection through application, offer processing, and visa guidance, while driving successful enrolments and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide professional counselling for Australia & New Zealand study pathways.
* Guide students from course selection to offer letter and visa application.
* Manage leads, follow-ups, applications, and student conversions.
* Achieve individual and team admission/conversion targets.
* Build strong relationships with students and parents.
* Stay updated on university/college requirements, admission policies, and visa processes.
* Coordinate with documentation, application, and visa teams.
* Maintain accurate student and lead records and provide regular performance updates.
Requirements
* 5+ years of relevant experience in education counselling/consultancy.
* Strong knowledge of Australia & New Zealand education and visa processes.
* Excellent communication, counselling, and conversion skills.
* Proven track record of achieving admission targets.
* Strong student relationship management and follow-up skills.
* Professional, confident, and target-oriented personality.
