Job Description

Role Overview

Self Apply Center is seeking a knowledgeable and articulate USA & UK Visa Interview Instructor to coach students through their visa preparation process. You will conduct realistic mock interviews, help applicants refine their responses regarding study plans and finances, and build candidate confidence for USA (F-1) and UK (Student Route) visa interviews.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct targeted one-on-one and group mock interview sessions for USA and UK bound students.
Evaluate candidates on tone, delivery, body language, and clarity of intent, offering actionable feedback.
Assist students in clearly articulating university choices, course details, post-study goals, and financial backing.
Review applicant profiles, DS-160 details, and CAS statements to identify potential visa officer concerns.
Track evolving USA and UK visa trends, interview formats, and embassy updates to keep training material current.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: 1–2+ years of experience as a Visa Trainer, Documentation Officer, or Education Counselor in abroad study consultancy.
Knowledge: Direct expertise in USA (F-1) and UK (Student Route) visa requirements, interview questions, and documentation.
Communication: Exceptional command of English with strong interpersonal and coaching abilities.
Skills: Patience, objective evaluation skills, and a strong success rate with student visa preparation.
