We Are Hiring: Education Counselor for Study AbroadAre you passionate about helping students explore international education opportunities and guiding them toward the right academic path?
We are looking for a confident, professional, and student focused Education Counselor who can guide students interested in studying in destinations such as Australia, the United States, Europe, and other international markets.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys counseling, communication, relationship building, and helping students make informed decisions about their education and future.
What You Will Do
• Counsel students interested in studying abroad
• Understand students’ academic background, interests, and career goals
• Guide students regarding suitable countries, universities, colleges, and courses
• Handle student inquiries through calls, messages, and face to face counseling
• Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication
• Support students throughout the admission and application process
• Coordinate with admissions and documentation teams when required
• Maintain accurate student and lead records
• Track inquiries, follow ups, and application progress using MS Excel or CRM systems
• Conduct counseling and information sessions for students
• Build strong relationships with students and parents
• Support conversion of genuine inquiries into successful enrollments
What We Are Looking For
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in dealing with students and parents
• Good counseling and presentation ability
• Strong follow up and relationship management skills
• Knowledge of international education destinations is preferred
• Familiarity with study opportunities in Australia, the United States, Europe, or similar destinations is an advantage
• Good record keeping and organizational skills
• Comfortable using MS Excel and basic office applications
• Professional, responsible, and student focused personality
• Ability to work with targets and take ownership of assigned leads
