Job Description
We are looking for passionate, dynamic and dedicated educators to join our primary school team as Primary Mathematics Teacher and Primary Nepali Teacher. The ideal candidates should be committed to fostering an engaging, activity-based and student-centered learning environment for young learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans incorporating hands-on and activity-based learning.
- Foster foundational conceptual clarity in Mathematics / strong language, reading and writing skills in Nepali.
- Assess and monitor student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and individualized support.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive and well-managed classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development, academic milestones and behavioral progress.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school leadership for curriculum enrichment and school events.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Academic background in Education, Mathematics, Nepali literature or a related field.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Familiarity with modern pedagogical methods (activity-based learning, inquiry, and project work).
- Patience, creativity and a genuine passion for early childhood and primary education.
